In Cartagena, Colombia, there are many places to go to and one of the most visited tourist attraction is the highest point in the city, the La Popa Hill. The 150 meter-high hill was named “La Popa” because of its shape, it resembles a boat. It has a beautiful view where you can see Cartagena’s new and old city, the Caribbean coastline and the Island of Tierrabomba.
